Having an oily skin is major concern for many and it is quite difficult to follow a skincare routine that actually helps.

Oily skin is quite unique and there could be many factors behind it (genetics,diet,climate,stress).

Oily skin causes stuff like acne,blackheads,clogged pore and gives you a shiny complexion that you won’t like !

Don’t worry all you have to do is just follow some basic steps. Just go through 3 steps in the morning and you won’t look like a shinny ball. Here you go

●Cleansing

Whatever skincare routine you are following cleansing is its basic. Cleansing is very important for having a clean and good skin because it removes surplus products of night. Using a gel based cleanser i better because it won’t leather up too much and will not strip off your skin’s natural oils. Yes! Oily skin needs natural oil too. Cleanse in gentle and circular way after that splash on cold water to close pore.

●Moisturizer

Using a moisturizer after washing your face is a must. Use an oil free moisturizer it won’t create blemishes and oil but keep your skin hydrated and less prone to over-producing oil. In addition it do protect your skin from fine lines and wrinkles.


●Suncreen

Well going out is a must for everbody in daily life and sun do cause serious damage to skin and if you have oily skin it being sensitive gets more affected by sunrays. Apply a light weight suncreen with SPF 30 or above before going out or even if you’re staying at home so that sun won’t affect you.


PM skincare for oily skin

Well at night you just have to follow some little steps but they’ll prove much beneficial.

1. Remove your makeup , properly.

2. Simply cleanse your face .

3. Apply a tonner with salicylic acid or benzoic acid to control oil.

4. Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!

5. If you aren’t sensitive to aloevera , apply a thin layer and you can keep it overnight. Well if you haven’t used it before you can check by applying a little on forearm before.


Following these basics in day and night will absolutely help control excess oil production. And you'll go out more confidently and can feel more beautiful ofcourse.
