But if you saw patches of dryness you have a dry skin and if the skin texture don’t fell much dry and no open large pores you have a normal one.
2. Hydration
Keep yourself hydrated!hydrated!hydrated! Hydration plays the most important part in having great skin as it flushes out toxins from body cells and adds moisturizer to the skin as well but still you need a moisturizing lotion . You should avoid using moisturizer with alcohol as it causes your skin to dry . So drinking about 11 cups of water for females and about 14 for males will help them getting great skin.
3.Removing makeup
Putting on makeup for whole day damages the skin. So just as you came home the first thing you should do is remove your makeup. Yes ! Remove makeup and then cleanse your face. Use a light weight cleanser cleanse your face in gentle and circular ways , apply a toner. And don’t forget to apply a moisturizer .
4. Have The Right Diet
Don’t be scared its not “ Avoid fatty food” lecture of course we all love eating fatty stuff. Lol! Yes , but if we do follow a good diet with some cheat times it will work. Avoid having too much sugar as it damages elastin and collagen – the proteins which keep your skin in firm shape. Sugar may cause serious acne as well so consume as less as you can.

Having a workout in your routine will improve your skin a lot. Yes because as you workout daily your sweat gland will release toxins and all the bacteria from your body that were planning to steal your skin glow.
